About
Layouts are one of the great new features in Flex 4, but unfortunately, they are also under-used and very under-appreciated. We’re here to change that. FlexLayouts provides an open source library of custom Flex 4 layouts that you can use in your own projects (both commercial and non-commercial) for free.

Got a custom layout you’d like to share? New features? Bug fixes? Everyone is welcome to contribute. Send email, tweets, or pull requests!
The Godfather
Evtim Georgiv is the Adobe engineer heavily involved with layouts in Flex 4. We just call him The Godfather, and you should too. You can check out his blog, or see him in person in a short interview with Ryan Stewart.
Code & License
All code is on github. Go forth and clone, and send pull requests. Additionally, all code is MIT. Preserve our copyright in the code, and use it however you want (commercial or non-commercial) for free. If you do something cool with one of our layouts, we’d love to hear from you.
Feedback
Finally, we love feedback. So please contact us if you have any feedback, or ideas, or if you just want to chat about layouts. You can find us on twitter: @flexlayouts. Or you can send email to:
